Jerry｜Loan Operation Department

I responsible for customer service in the Loan Operation Department. At beginning, I lacked of experience on loan industry, I didn’t have enough confident to communicate with customers. Fortunately, Cashing Pro arranged in-house training on different topics, which enriches my knowledge and have more confidently in front of clients to explain loan products. It’s a sense of success to help customer solves problem on loan difficulties and turnover.

I am mainly responsible for monitoring compliance in risk management department. Ensure each department complies with company guidelines and relevant laws. Improved knowledge on money lenders regulations and importance of practicing AML. I thought working environment would be very serious at the beginning ,actually colleagues were friendly and energetic, which made it easy for me to integrate into it.

In the past few years, I have been exposed to different fields on marketing department. I learned a lot of on on/offline marketing, and understood the trends of the Hong Kong loan market. Last year, I involved TVC shooting with agency. Cooperate with other companies, I have greatly broadened my horizons and improved my communication skills.
